AIRStream is built to help banks structure and submit granular data in the format required for regulatory reporting, and it is designed to support a smooth transition to Project STREAM, BNM's initiative to modernise regulatory data collection by eliminating reporting redundancy. Instead of banks submitting the same data across multiple systems (STATSmart, ESS DSS, CCRIS) in different formats, BNM will collect granular data once and generate all required reports from that single dataset, and AIRStream readies the bank for this ahead of BNM's rollout.

The bank may submit an enquiry via Contact Us page, and a designated Finexus officer will be assigned to guide the process. This may involve responding to an RFP, RFI, or RFQ with a tailored proposal, or arranging a technical working session with your data, operations, and IT teams to assess the current architecture and propose an integration approach.
Requirements gathering then follows to configure daily granular data submission to BNM in line with AIRStream's reporting requirements. BNM's Phase 1 final specifications are expected by Q3 2026, with go-live targeted for Q4 2026, so early engagement is strongly recommended.
