What should I do when I receive a new card?
When you receive a new card:
- Confirm it's under your name and the seal is intact. If not, contact Finexus immediately.
- Sign the back of the card right away with a non-erasable ballpoint pen.
- Destroy expired or unusable cards by cutting through the magnetic stripe and/or chip.
