Talent Acquisition Specialist

Handle the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered
To Understands every department’ requirements and provide suitable candidates to relevant department
Organize and participate in virtual/physical career fairs, and recruitment events as and when required
Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online platform and matching candidates with the job openings
Profile and present qualified pre-screened candidates and recommend best fit candidate to the business including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for HOD
Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates
Follow up interview outcome with HOD
Finalising offer details between HOD and candidates
Any ad-hoc jobs as required

Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or similar
At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycle’s process
Adept at using social media platforms (i.e Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc) to source for suitable profiles
Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver
