Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered
  • To Understands every department’ requirements and provide suitable candidates to relevant department
  • Organize and participate in virtual/physical career fairs, and recruitment events as and when required
  • Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online platform and matching candidates with the job openings
  • Profile and present qualified pre-screened candidates and recommend best fit candidate to the business including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for HOD
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates
  • Follow up interview outcome with HOD
  • Finalising offer details between HOD and candidates
  • Any ad-hoc jobs as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or similar
  • At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycle’s process
  • Adept at using social media platforms (i.e Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc) to source for suitable profiles
  • Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver
