JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager and software development team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
- Tracking project schedules and deadlines
- Schedule, attend meeting and meeting minutes preparation
- Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered
- Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation
- Prepare project progress presentation deck, doing presentation and host meeting
- Ensures PMO practice, approach and governance processes are applied consistently
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- IT Degree holder
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (written and oral in English language). Mandarin will be an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
- Strong team player with good communications skills, time management skill and ability to facilitate resources across departments and ensure timely compilation of deliverables
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
