Technical Support Executive


  • Perform OS, database, system, server and desktop patching, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Review and recommend alternative technology to enhance Information System in organization
  • Commit to given timelines to complete tasks independently
  • Participate in on-call after hours support rotation
  • Travel within working/non-working day may be required at short


  • Familiar with OS (Windows, CentOS, Red Hat)
  • Familiar with database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
  • Good understanding on Networking (TCP/IP, Firewall)
  • Good understanding on IT Security (Digital Certificate)
  • Good communication skills (written, verbal, face-to-face)
