Technical Support Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform OS, database, system, server and desktop patching, maintenance and troubleshooting
Review and recommend alternative technology to enhance Information System in organization
Commit to given timelines to complete tasks independently
Participate in on-call after hours support rotation
Travel within working/non-working day may be required at short

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Familiar with OS (Windows, CentOS, Red Hat)
Familiar with database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
Good understanding on Networking (TCP/IP, Firewall)
Good understanding on IT Security (Digital Certificate)
Good communication skills (written, verbal, face-to-face)
