JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered
- To Understands every department’ requirements and provide suitable candidates to relevant department
- Organize and participate in virtual/physical career fairs, and recruitment events as and when required
- Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online platform and matching candidates with the job openings
- Profile and present qualified pre-screened candidates and recommend best fit candidate to the business including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, write resume summary before profiling the suitable candidates for HOD
- Coordinate interview arrangements and conduct interviews for all qualified candidates
- Follow up interview outcome with HOD
- Finalising offer details between HOD and candidates
- Any ad-hoc jobs as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or similar
- At least five (5) years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or similar role with good understanding of the full recruitment cycle’s process
- Adept at using social media platforms (i.e Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc) to source for suitable profiles
- Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver
