As a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition is or managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and executing those strategies to source, assess, and hire qualified candidates.

- Develop and execute innovative strategies to identify and attract top-tier IT talent. Utilize networking, headhunting, and advanced recruitment software.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to gauge candidate qualifications and fit within our IT teams.
- Craft and review detailed IT job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure an accurate reflection of role requirements and expectations.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for a variety of IT roles, managing everything from initial candidate contact to negotiations and final job offers.
- Mentor junior recruiters, sharing your expertise in IT recruitment and supporting their professional development.
- Collaborate with IT hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights on IT recruitment metrics to inform business decisions and shape future strategies.
- Promote the company as a preferred employer in the IT industry, emphasizing our commitment to innovation and career growth opportunities.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a range of IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends, skills, and common technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with recruitment software and IT job boards.
- Ability to mentor and coach junior staff.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
