IT Project Coordinator


Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager and software development team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.

  • Tracking project schedules and deadlines
  • Schedule, attend meeting and meeting minutes preparation
  • Manage project changes, ensuring any changes to the project baseline are managed through change request and all impacts are considered
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation
  • Prepare project progress presentation deck, doing presentation and host meeting
  • Ensures PMO practice, approach and governance processes are applied consistently


  • IT Degree holder
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (written and oral in English language). Mandarin will be an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
  • Strong team player with good communications skills, time management skill and ability to facilitate resources across departments and ensure timely compilation of deliverables
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
