JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support (front desk and back end support) for the IT Division
- Handing and monitoring IT support calls
- Handling company correspondences and arranging dispatch schedule
- Preparing meeting minutes for internal or client meeting
- Managing IT equipment and requests
- Assist manager in implementing quality management processes for software products and services
- Assist in recruiting candidates for IT projects
- Arrange interview appointment & interviewer
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Prepare correspondences and documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
- Maintain employees’ leave, medical and attendance record
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field, preferably in IT
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Office 1.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
- Able to work independently
