Card Operations Executive – Call Centre (Mandarin Speaking)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to customer’s telephone enquiries pertaining to payment card products.
  • Handle calls professionally and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • To work in a team environment and support each other in day to day operations.
  • Sensitive and alert to customer’s request and feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre of Credit Card Centre would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (MUST), English & Bahasa Melayu.
  • Proficiency in other foreign language is an advantage.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to take up challenge, and work for extended hours when necessary.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Malaysian citizen or individuals having a valid working permit in Malaysia.

Compensation

For example, new software engineers or technical graduates with a GPA of > 3.7 and / or a high-score > 70% in our technical entrance test, we will offer a starting salary of RM4,500 or higher.
