JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to customer’s telephone enquiries pertaining to payment card products.
- Handle calls professionally and communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- To work in a team environment and support each other in day to day operations.
- Sensitive and alert to customer’s request and feedback.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Centre of Credit Card Centre would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (MUST), English & Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in other foreign language is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Willing to take up challenge, and work for extended hours when necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Malaysian citizen or individuals having a valid working permit in Malaysia.
