Business Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for translating business requirements into functional specifications
Working closely with Product Owners and Software Development teams to execute product testing, configuration and implementation stages
Develop documentation, training materials as well as conducting workshops to the relevant end users
Passionate in the latest card and payment technology and consistently exploring new ways to bring innovation to the company
Team player with can-do attitude, continuously learning and is self-motivated
Ability to overcome the complexities involved in changing complex processes, systems and habits

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computer Science or related
1-5 years of experience as a Business or Functional Analyst in IT
Candidates from a Banking, Payment or Financial services background would have an added advantage
Must have good presentation and communication skills in English
Must have excellent stakeholder manage experience

Compensation

We offer rewarding positions for project managers, project leaders, software engineers, system & network engineers, quality assurance engineers, business analysts and business operation advisors talents.

For example, new software engineers or technical graduates with a GPA of > 3.7 and / or a high-score > 70% in our technical entrance test, we will offer a starting salary of RM4,500 or higher.
