BPO Internship Year 2024 Intake Q1 & Q2

As an Operation Executive intern in a Business Processing Operation (BPO) department, the Intern will support and assist the BPO team in their day-to-day operations. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the business process outsourcing industry and develop practical skills in customer service, communication, and process management.

Join our Business Processing Operation Team, report to the Manager of the Business Processing Operation team, and enjoy the opportunity to manage and develop relationships with corporate clients to ensure their needs are met and to promote the organization’s products or services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Support:
    • Assist in providing customer support via phone, email, or chat.
    • Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Data Entry and Management:
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Documentation:
    • Assist in maintaining and organizing documentation related to BPO processes.
    • Create reports and summaries as needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Help monitor and evaluate the quality of customer interactions and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather information and resolve issues.
    • Relay important information to the appropriate team members.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, report generation, and maintaining records.
  • Training and Learning:
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop BPO-related skills.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in a related field (e.g., Business, Communication, Customer Service).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
